La Fuerza Latina (LFL) is a college and career access program for local low-income, First Gen teens and young adults. For nearly a decade LFL has supported some of our area's most talented and driven under-resourced young people with college and pre-professional planning. Individual essay support, summer enrichment opportunities, internship placements, independent research projects, campus visit experiences, and community engagement projects are just some of the important access services LFL provides. With college acceptances at many of our nation's top universities including Stanford, Bowdoin, Swarthmore, UCLA, Trinity, USC, Tufts, Berkeley, Occidental, Yale, Pitzer, Williams, Harvard, and many more, LFL in partnership with our community helps transform the lives of local underserved young people.
