Rules and Eligibility

Give Back Tahoe Giving Season Eligibility:

• Nonprofit organizations with a physical location/mailing address in North Tahoe-Truckee within the TTUSD Boundaries: 
  >> Neighborhoods include Truckee, Donner Summit, Olympic Valley, and the west and north shores of Lake Tahoe, Martis Valley or Eastern Placer County, and occasionally Incline Village when appropriate. [Click to view TTUSD Map]

• Nonprofit organizations must provide more than 50% of their services to the communities listed above.
• Only verified 501c(3) status or organizations with a fiscal sponsor who is a 501c(3) may participate.
• The following organizations are not eligible: private foundations (operating and non-operating), foreign organizations, individuals, places of worship, and supporting organizations.
