Established in 2009, Tahoe Truckee School of Music is the only nonprofit music school serving the North Lake Tahoe-Truckee region.

We create and support a strong, vibrant community by bringing the transformative power of music to as many people as possible. By making music education more accessible, effective, and joyful, the School provides opportunities for individuals to cultivate and grow important life skills including teamwork, confidence, empathy, and communication.

Tahoe Truckee School of Music instructs and supports youth and adults of all skill levels who want the opportunity to learn, create and engage with music, experience its positive benefits, cultivate important life skills, and have a deeper community connection. Every year, the School helps hundreds of individuals and families experience a better quality of life through the joy and magic of music.
